Senior Global Account Executive
Kestrel Ballistics
Katie Godfrey brings a unique blend of industry expertise and practical shooting experience to MLSC25, representing title sponsor Kestrel Ballistics with both professional knowledge and personal passion for precision shooting.

As the Senior Global Account Executive for Kestrel Ballistics, Godfrey oversees a $13 million product line of precision environmental measurement instruments essential to modern long-range shooting. Her deep technical understanding of ballistic calculators, environmental factors affecting bullet flight, and applied ballistics concepts makes her an invaluable resource for shooters of all experience levels.

While her professional background is in sales and business development, Godfrey has developed significant expertise as a shooter in her own right, particularly in the Precision Rifle Series (PRS) discipline. Having begun her shooting journey approximately five years ago, she embodies the progression from newcomer to competitor that many MLSC participants are experiencing.

Godfrey's approach to instruction is particularly valuable because of her ability to bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and practical application in the field. She regularly conducts live firearm demonstrations, product seminars, and training for customers in ballistic markets, translating complex ballistic concepts into practical shooting solutions.

Her involvement in competitive shooting includes participation in PRS matches, where she applies the same tools and techniques she helps others master. This hands-on experience enables her to provide not just technical product support but also practical insights on match preparation, equipment selection, and competitive mindset.
Through her writing for the Kestrel Ballistics blog and appearances in educational content like the "Road to the PRS" series, Godfrey has demonstrated a commitment to growing the precision shooting community by making technical information accessible to shooters at all levels.
At MLSC25, participants will benefit from Godfrey's comprehensive knowledge of environmental measurement tools and ballistic calculation systems, critical components for achieving first-round hits at the extended distances featured in this year's competition.
